2027 Direction
Clarify what you are building toward and what deserves your attention.

A Leadership Experience for Women Who Lead
Leadership development with real life attached.
For women building businesses, leading teams, serving organizations, caring for families and making decisions that shape more than one room.
The Invitation
CEO Circles creates room for the woman behind every role to think, learn, connect and make her next move. Each experience combines honest conversation, guided leadership development, practical planning and intentional introductions.
We explore the decisions that shape how women lead, including delegation, boundaries and structure to visibility, money, relationships and what they are building next.
Women like us lead in more than one room. Our leadership development should reflect all of that.
The Next CEO Circle October 2026
Turn your 2027 vision into your next 90 days.
A private leadership breakfast designed to help you step out of the daily motion, clarify what you are building toward in 2027 and work backward into the decisions, relationships and structures that matter now.
Together, we will identify the priorities that should guide November, December and January so your next year begins with direction instead of another list of intentions waiting for “someday.”

Meet women whose experience, insight and connections can support meaningful next steps.
You should leave with more than inspiration. You should leave knowing what comes next.
The October Breakfast
A thoughtfully guided morning with room for both the work and the woman doing it.
Additional menu items and specialty beverages are not included unless otherwise stated.

Inside a CEO Circle
Every CEO Circle is intentionally facilitated, but the wisdom does not come from one person at the front of the room. The women at the table bring their experiences, questions, resources, perspective and truth.
“I needed this.”
Sometimes the most valuable outcome is finally having language for what has been sitting in your head, with women around you who understand the weight and the possibility of what you are building.
Past Circles
Each table has its own conversation. The intention carries forward.

The Earlier Tables
Patricia and Viviana began creating these experiences together as Empire Builders in Berwyn. The gatherings included Fuel & Flourish and a Social Media Series Talk at DateNite Beauté. The table later grew into CEO Circles, gathering in places including Cicero and Oak Brook.

Beyond the Breakfast
The conversation should not end when breakfast does.
The Working Table is the private Facebook group where women connected to CEO Circles can continue conversations, exchange resources, celebrate progress, make thoughtful introductions and remain accountable to the moves they said they would make.
